Stella Maris Academy, a new school that offers a Catholic classical education in San Francisco CA will open in the Fall. The website is stellamarissf.org. Applications for admission are currently being accepted for this 2021-22 school year. Applicants for Kindergarten must be five years of ago on or before September 1st, 2021. Younger students will be considered for TK and PK programs. The initial focus is on the years up to second grade, but classes in other years will be offered in addition if sufficient numbers of students apply.
Under the guidance of the newly appointed Head of School, Gavin Colvert Ph.D, the school is connected to Star of the Sea Catholic Church which is a beacon of orthodoxy and beautiful liturgy in the city, offering both the TLM and Novus Ordo Masses.

It is, in my opinion, through the communities founded on the pillars of the family, the school and the parish that hope for evangelization will emerge.
